Refund Policy for Hajar Rides

At Hajar Rides, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and efficiently. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking your adventure.

Cancellation by the Customer

1. Full Refund:

   • If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled ride, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Partial Refund:

   • If you cancel between 3 to 6 days before your scheduled ride, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

3. No Refund:

   • If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled ride, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed free of charge if requested at least 3 days before your ride.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the ride will incur a 20% fee of the total booking amount.

Cancellation by Hajar Rides

   • In the unlikely event that Hajar Rides cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), you will receive a full refund.

2. Alternative Options:

   • We may offer to reschedule your ride or provide credit for future bookings if you prefer.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Customers will be notified once their refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and any add-on services purchased during booking are non-refundable.
